1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hosting and virtual private server services provided at VPSora.com ("Service") by the Operator. By ordering or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VPSora.com:

• Illegal activities such as distribution of malware, hacking tools, phishing, or facilitating unauthorized access.
• Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or running abusive mail services.
• Cryptocurrency mining from customer-controlled VPS instances (prohibited).
• Hosting adult / pornographic content or any content that is unlawful or violates platform policies (prohibited).
• Actions that intentionally cause harm to network infrastructure, including DDoS attacks, port scanning, or traffic flooding.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

4. Billing, Payments & Taxes

All services are prepaid. You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout in the currency presented during purchase. The Operator may use third-party payment processors.

• Failure to pay for renewals may result in suspension or termination.
• You are responsible for any taxes required by law for your purchases.
• Prices may change; the price at checkout is what you agree to pay for that billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

VPSora.com offers a 7-day refund window for first-time orders only. To be eligible, you must request a refund within seven (7) days of the initial purchase and the service must not have been abused or used in violation of these Terms.

Refunds are granted at the Operator's discretion and processed via the original payment method where possible. No refunds are provided for add-ons, bandwidth overages, or manual work outside of initial provisioning unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel services via the client portal. The Operator may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, abuse, or for any reason with reasonable notice when practicable. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

7. Service Availability (SLA)

The Operator aims for 99.9% uptime but this is a target and not a guaranteed SLA. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party outages are excluded from uptime calculations. Any remedies for downtime (if offered) will be in the form of service credits only and not monetary refunds.

8. Data, Backups & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. The Operator may offer optional backup services; any such services are provided "as-is" and the Operator disclaims liability for data loss. You must secure your systems and credentials; failure to do so remains your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss. The Operator's total liability for direct damages arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to VPSora.com in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Copyright & DMCA Policy

If you believe content hosted on VPSora.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to the Operator's designated contact. The Operator will respond to proper notices and may remove or disable access to infringing content in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morocco, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

14. Miscellaneous

• If a court finds any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
